With 17 years’ involvement spanning both the residential and commercial sectors, her expertise includes identifying and evaluating macro trends affecting the real estate industry and how they may impact future market performance, as well as analysis of key market metrics and the comparative performance of different channels, sectors, categories and locations.

Sarah is a regular contributor to industry media and authored several research reports, including ‘The Socio-Economic Impact of European Retail Real Estate’, ‘Future-Proofing Retail Real Estate by Investing in Innovation’ and ‘Global Luxury Retail in the Digital Era’. She also commissioned and managed research studies exploring the topics of new leasing models in an omni-channel world and how to successfully integrate food and beverage within shopping centres.
